Writing Workshop- 7th- 8th
Grade 7-8
Campers will begin the day journaling on a variety of topics. We will practice writing to increase stamina while receiving constructive feedback to learn how to avoid common errors that can trip up young writers. Campers will also explore different types of writing and the techniques associated with each including expository, persuasive, and narrative pieces. Along the way, written work will be edited for sentence construction, word choice, and mechanics.
