Classroom and In Car Parish Drives
Description
This course consists of two parts. The first step is a 32-hour online driver education course which must be completed first, and fulfills Texas' classroom requirement for driver education. Coursework can be done at any time, from any computer with an Internet connection. Students must be 14 years old to begin the classroom portion but may not test for their permits until they are 15. 

Once the classroom portion is complete and a permit has been obtained, the second step of our course is a 14-hour course (7 driving, 7 observing) of behind-the-wheel instruction.  This course fulfills instructor-led behind-the-wheel requirements. 

Driving sessions are typically scheduled during students' free periods at school through this program, allowing students to leave weekend and evening times available for other activities. Drive times may also be scheduled during non school hours if families prefer, instructor schedule permitting.

After completion of the course, the state requires an additional 30 hours of driving time under the supervision of an adult over 21, ten of which must be completed at night.
