How Neuroscience Can Better Your Life Seminar 3:Developing and Achieving Goals

Would you like to learn how to apply the recent research in neuroscience to your everyday life in ways that are available to everyone? Join Craig Savage, AP Psychology teacher, in an investigation of the human brain and how a better understanding of our brains can lead to a better you. Whether it's breaking bad habits or getting more sleep, recent studies in neuroscience show that how our brain works contributes to how we live. By attending these seminars, participants will have a greater ability to navigate their daily lives and reach their full potential!

Interested students can attend seminars individually, choose multi-session packages, or sign up for the entire course!

In this session, attendees will learn about the four primary neuromodulators and how they impact our behavior and mental states. We will discuss what actions we can take in terms of behavior and nutrition that allow us to optimize these different modulators to achieve specific goals, improve our mental health, and enhance overall performance.
