Would you like to learn how to apply the recent research in neuroscience to your everyday life in ways that are available to everyone? Join Craig Savage, AP Psychology teacher, in an investigation of the human brain and how a better understanding of our brains can lead to a better you. Whether it's breaking bad habits or getting more sleep, recent studies in neuroscience show that how our brain works contributes to how we live. By attending these seminars, participants will have a greater ability to navigate their daily lives and reach their full potential!

Interested students can attend seminars individually, choose multi-session packages, or sign up for the entire course!

Research has repeatedly shown that getting enough sleep, and quality sleep, is essential to our overall health. In this seminar, we will explore the science behind sleep’s importance and learn strategies for falling asleep faster, achieving more deep sleep, and staying asleep longer. Results of achieving better sleep are wide-ranging and include benefits to your mental health, physical health, and memory retention.
