Preparing for Algebra II
Preparing for Algebra II
Grades 9-12

This five-day workshop is tailored to enhance the key skills essential for success in Algebra II. Specifically designed for students who may have faced challenges in previous math courses, our approach combines engaging activities and hands-on learning in a small, collaborative classroom setting. Our goal is to build a strong foundation of skills, alleviating any anxiety surrounding Algebra II.

Throughout the workshop, we will not only address the summer packet but also place a significant emphasis on reviewing some of the Algebra I concepts so that the student will get a solid start in Algebra II in the fall. Additionally, participants will receive valuable instruction on effective study skills, applicable not only to upcoming math classes but also to other Upper School courses.
