Grades: K

This week will be dedicated to math! Students will enjoy hands-on learning through games, visual aids, manipulatives, and worksheets designed to strengthen math skills in number sense, addition, subtraction, place value and measurement. Manipulatives such as Unifix cubes and counters, plus visual aids like charts, number lines, and videos will help campers better comprehend concepts. This workshop is designed to foster self-esteem, create enthusiasm for math, and help fight the summer slump! Workshops are also capped to ensure a small student to teacher ratio. Progress reports will be sent home on Friday identifying activities, strengths, and areas for improvement.
