We’re combining three popular sports to create a fun learning experience with just the right emphasis on fitness and exercise. Hoops (basketball) introduces passing, shooting and ball handling basics. Scoops (lacrosse) instructs the basic skills of cradling, passing, scooping and catching. Shots (tennis) teaches groundstrokes, serves, and net play. These skills combined with game play provide a confidence-building environment. Physical skills developed include agility, accuracy, flexibility, balance, endurance, coordination and speed.
