Description
In a world saturated with media messages, digital environments and social networking, concepts of literacy must expand to include all forms of media. This class will help students build the critical thinking, writing and reading skills required in a media-rich and increasingly techno-centric world. Students will work on engaging with multiple media sources and consuming information in a way that will help them become more informed, impactful citizens. Students will learn through real-world examples so they can make personal connections and enhance their understanding of complex concepts.
