Refund Policy
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at registration to reserve your camper's spot in camp. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to your camp start date. Any outstanding balance will automatically be charged.

Cancellation policy
-Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your camp start date will receive a full refund, excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit.
-Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your camp start date will receive a 50% refund, excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit.
-No refund will be provided in case of a no-show.

Requests for refunds (excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit) who have a communicable illness or medical emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us contact@campquestnorth.org with any questions.

Last-minute cancellations prevent other kids from enjoying our camp. Thank you for your understanding.

If your child is unable to attend camp, please consider converting all or part of your registration fees into a donation or scholarship to assist families in need. Your donation will be fully tax-deductible.
