Session AA - Colman Mini Camp
All gender, grades listed below for each session are based on what campers will be entering in fall 2021.
The YMCA Camp Colman program is designed to allow each camper to have a safe and fun experience in a beautiful natural setting. Campers are groups by grade and gender identity in comfortable cabins with electricity and bathrooms. We are also excited to offer an All-Gender session where cabin groups are only grouped by grade. See more details below.
Each day campers have opportunities for structured and unstructured play, skill development and making new or deeper friendships with other campers. The traditional camp experience includes activities such as archery, arts & crafts, swimming, boating, climbing, soccer, imaginative play, drama, challenge course initiatives and more. Each day ends with cabin groups participating in a Values Session, designed to encourage reflection and personal growth.
We recognize that families have different abilities to pay and offer a voluntary three-tier fee structure to best meet each family's needs.
• Tier 3 reflects the full cost of the program selected. If your family can pay this amount, please do. Thank you.
• Tier 2 is a partially subsidized rate to help families who are unable to afford the full cost of the program. Choose this rate if your family needs a partial subsidy.
• Tier 1 is a substantial subsidy for families who need assistance to participate in the program. Choose this rate if your family needs it.
If Tier 1 still presents a barrier to participation, Financial Assistance is available through an application process that can be accessed in the registration process. Financial Assistance may be awarded for up to 70% off the Tier 1 price and is awarded on a sliding scale based on household income and size.
Registration will end on 6/12/2021.
