Comic Book Creations: Session 1
June 1-5

Grades 4-8

Time: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Cost: $425 (includes comic book package and field trip)

Instructor: Brendan McEachern, Summit Middle School Teacher

Campers will create their own comic book or graphic novel as they learn how to create characters, script a scene, and draw action panels with narration. Campers will work with local comic book artists and take a behind-the scenes field trip to various comic book shops in the area. Each student will receive a comic book gift pack signed by the writer and artist included in the fee. A camper may wish to take both sessions to work on a longer comic project.
