First Time Mentor Application
Description
The first time mentor application is required for campers who are 14-15 years old who will be attending in the Mentor Program for the first time. Returning Mentors are NOT required to complete a new application. Children who have never attended Camp St Charles before are not eligible to participate in the mentor program.

Please visit the Camp St Charles website and mentor program page for more details and tips for success. All applications and references are due by Nov 1.
