Refund Policy
We meticulously plan each camp session to ensure maximum fun. While we recognize that your schedule may change - our staffing, programming, and meal arrangements are finalized based on projected attendance.
All deposits and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering your camper for our programs, you agree that you do not have a confirmed reservation or secured spot unless you have paid a deposit and received a confirmation. All balances are due 30 days before the session start date, or the reservation may be canceled. Any changes, switches, or cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the session starts to receive a full refund minus the deposit and registration fee. A 50% refund will be issued up to two weeks before the session starts. There will be no refunds within two weeks of the session start date.
An absence due to illness must be supported by a doctor's note to qualify for a full refund. Absences due to family emergencies, vacations, summer school, unexpected visits from relatives, or any other reason will not be reduced or reimbursed. Similarly, campers sent home early due to homesickness, injury, or behavioral issues will not be reimbursed.
