Cancellation Policies
If you cancel your registration two months prior to the date of the registered session, you will be refunded the total cost of the summer camp minus your registration fee and special camp fee.

If you cancel your registration one month prior to the date of the registered session, you will be refunded the total cost of the summer camp minus your registration fee, special camp fee, and an additional $50 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your registration with less than one month prior to the date of the registered session, you will be refunded the total cost of the summer camp minus your registration fee, special camp fee, and an additional $100 cancellation fee.

You must pay for weeks that you commit to whether your child attends or not.You may change the dates that your child will attend by giving a one week notice in written form. If no notice is given, you will be responsible for $60.00 and 10% of the session fee.
