Refund Policy
Participants are responsible for an initial deposit upon registration, and payment in full 3 weeks prior to the course.
Participants who pay for their course fee will be treated with the following policy:
-Cancellation 90-14 days before the trip: Lose deposit.
-Cancellation 14 days before trip or less: Responsible for full course cost.
Exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances under the directors’ approval.
