Refund Policy
Reservation Deposits are refundable ONLY IF your cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your camp session check-in date. Otherwise, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel a reservation less than 30 days prior to your session check-in date, your deposit will go to our scholarship fund to help a needy child attend a week of summer camp.
You may change the date of your summer camp reservation - for the same child - for the same summer - without losing your deposit. The deposit can be transferred to a sibling if the change is made at least 30 days prior to your original session date.
