You have entered our website and new registration, donor, and recording keeping online software management system. This registration and donor site we offer is only for those 18 years old or older and is making our practice at Northern Frontier Camp much more secure, and safe. It is also PCI compliant. Lastly our management software enhances our communication with our alumni, parents, and staff.
Your personal information is only used for our records and administrative reports. None of your personal information you provide will be sold or shared with any other organizations or businesses with one exception. Our ministry will only share your information with our one merchant account to process a credit card transactions and your medical information will be shared only with our adult medical team (Nurse, Program Director, Collegian counselor). Our website and management software has appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
We collect information volunteered by the consumer (parent of a camper, or donor) or staff member (if staff member is under 18 a legal guardian or parent will need to e-sign application), such as survey information, camper registration info, staff application information and donor information only after they have entered a username and created a password.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers (parent of a camper, or donor) add to their shopping cart. Outside of the registration/donor software our website does nothing with cookies.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers, email addresses when on-line using our camp management software will only receive telephone calls or emails from us with information regarding their orders (camper registrations, add on purchases, and camp donations) and matters relating to their camper.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
If our privacy practices change at some time in the future we will post the changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of them. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
Upon request Northern Frontier can provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or a reset password link) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.
Consumers (parent/guardians of camper, staff, or donor) can access this information by logging into their account at www.northernfrontier.org and clicking the appropriate link.
Consumers (parent/guardians of camper, staff, or donor) can have account information corrected or updated or make a request to reset password by calling us at the above telephone number, or by logging into their account at www.northernfrontier.org.
Our website includes links to other websites but our privacy policy doesn’t apply to those links. Please be mindful that other sites may have their own website privacy terms and it is recommended that you read them.
