Athletic Physical
Description
Athletic physicals will be held from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm on Wednesday, June 7th.

This Sports physical will meet IHSA requirements for the summer workouts as well as sports for the 2023-2024 season. All grades are welcome. Please select one of the appointment times listed.

(You will need the login information you have created when signing up for AP testing, bus tickets, summer school/camps. If you haven't signed up, you will be able to create an account at checkout.)
