A heartwarming weekend designed for moms and daughters (or that special adult female) to reconnect, laugh, and create unforgettable memories together. Enjoy time outdoors, share meaningful conversations, and experience camp activities that bring you closer in all the best ways. Make this your weekend to celebrate the bond that’s uniquely yours!

6:00 pm – Check-in begins
7:15 pm – Group activity begins

SATURDAY
8:00 am – Breakfast
9:00 am – 1st Class
10:00 am – 2nd Class
11:00 am – 3rd Class
12:30pm – Lunch
1:30pm – Free Time (Camp Store shopping, board games in Lower Bridwell, projects in the Craft House, hiking, groups games on the lawn, practice for the Talent Show)
6:00 pm - Dinner in Upper Bridwell
7:00 pm - Talent Show
8:00 pm - S'mores and songs at the fire circle

8:00 am – Breakfast, pack up and goodbyes

​Your registration includes:
All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, prepared and served by our camp team
Three guided classes on Saturday, each designed to encourage connection, creativity, and shared growth
Facilitated group experiences including a talent show, campfire songs, and s’mores under the stars
Two nights of lodging in heated and air-conditioned bunkhouses
All activity supplies and materials—no extra fees, no add-ons
Intentional bonding time led by experienced facilitators who create a warm, welcoming environment
A meaningful shared experience you’ll talk about long after the weekend ends
No planning. No cooking. No schedules to manage. Just time together.


LODGING
Camp Rio Blanco is a rustic camp with dormitory-style bunkhouses with bunk beds/beds. Cabins are heated and air-conditioned. Central shower houses and toilet facilities are located a few yards from each sleeping area central common areas. Plan to bring your own bedding (sheets, blankets and pillows), as well as your own toiletries and towel. 

MEALS
All meals will be served in our dining hall. You don't have to worry about what to cook or do the dishes! We will handle all that!

COST
$300 Mother-daughter pair (one adult, one child)
$50 Additional Attendee
$50 deposit due at registration and balance due one month prior to event. Payment Plans are available.

​Your registration fee covers lodging, all meals, guided classes, activity supplies, and a full weekend of intentionally designed experiences—all in a safe, screen-free camp environment.

​Refund policy: cancellations made one month before event begins will receive refund of fees paid minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.

$300 for mother/daughter pair and $50 more for each additional attendee.
