Use this registration process to complete the necessary documents.
After filling out the initial forms, check your account under "My Forms" for incomplete forms. Or check your inbox for links to documents that should be completed and uploaded to your account.
To upload documents such as ID, licenses, or completed forms,
1. Log into your account.
2. click the icon (3 horizontal lines) on the left of the top menu bar.
3. Choose "Document Center" from the pop-out menu.
4. Click "Upload a document" and choose the link that matches your needs.
You may also email, mail, or fax completed documents.
