DRONE HEROES CAMP

The Drone Hero program, introduces the world of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and develop a deep understanding how to control and manage this exciting technology. In this workshop, children will learn about the types of UAVs, the parts needed for controlled flight, the forces of flight, basic drone safety, and a variety of flying maneuvers.
Students shall use LEGO bricks to build drones, pair their controllers and learn how to be a Drone Pilot. The
program introduces students to the world of e-sports teaching them high speed maneuvers with flight competitions. As an extension, drone photography and first-person-view (FPV) flights shall be introduced.
This exciting program will give your child the chance to safely test out some of the newest advances in robotics and really take their knowledge of engineering to new heights!

Device Requirements
We shall be providing a minimal set of devices to conduct the class. However, we strongly encourage students to bring their own touchscreen tablets or iPads, or iPhones for use loaded LEGO WeDo 2.0 software. An Internet connection would be needed to access the programming environment and for file uploads.

MASTERCHEF CLASS

Tie on your apron and get out the flour – we’re going to become baking masters! Cheesecake, Cookies, Pies, Cakes, Cake Decoration and more!
For five fun-filled days, young Chefs will experience a world of hands-on baking and cooking with their peers and take home the delicious menu that is lined up for you this week. We'll cover fundamentals such as, how to read and follow a recipe, measuring and mixing, and the importance of kitchen safety. Best of all, we'll have a blast creating sweet treats. Whether your little chef is a beginner or an old pro, they will love learning how to make lovely baked goods, all from scratch, to impress their family and friends.

You may drop your child anytime for Morning Extended Care from 8:00am - 9:00 am at ICC Milpitas at an additional cost of $49. 		+ $49.00
