1. Morning Session
Boys Lacrosse
Come find out why lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet this summer! Fenwick’s boys lacrosse summer camp will be coached by the current Fenwick Lacrosse coaching staff, current players, and alumni. Designed for players of all experience levels, this camp will provide fundamental skill development, an understanding of lacrosse concepts for both beginner and experienced players, and a lot of FUN! No experience necessary, and equipment will be provided upon request. All campers will receive a Fenwick lacrosse pinnie. For more information or to request equipment please contact Coach Dan Applebaum at dapplebaum@my.fenwickfriars.com
Girls Basketball
This camp will teach many of the offensive and defensive fundamentals of basketball. We will play 5-on-5 games each day and will award team champions each week.
2. Afternoon Session
Cross Country (Co-ed)
Boy and girl campers will get an introduction to running and the skills required to succeed in it. This camp is open to all abilities and coaches will create a plan for each athlete given their level to progress healthily.
Girls Volleyball
Come learn and advance your volleyball skills this summer in a fun filled camp for all ability levels! The basic skills of passing, serving, setting and attacking will be covered during this camp. Advance your knowledge of team offense and defense through constructive match play.
Making a foil boat to hold coins, a tower out of straws to hold a tennis ball, and an arm to ‘save’ an animal stuck in a well are some of the activities. Limited unique resources, time scored, team-centric, creative activities will keep the students engaged as they elicit critical thinking skills.
3. Friday Field Trip - Optional
Museum of Science & Industry
Field trip to the Museum of Science & Industry - lunch is not provided, campers need to bring their own lunch.
