Counselor in Training
Description
Our new CIT program is for teens who want to build leadership skills and experience working with younger campers. CITs will learn team-building, safety, and activity-planning, shadow experienced counselors, and assist with other groups around camp. Perfect for campers who want to go on to work at camp, this program is a fun, hands-on way to develop valuable skills and learn more about what it is like to work at camp.
