Ready to take your first step toward becoming a camp leader? As a Program Aide, you’ll dive into the world of camp leadership while still enjoying everything you love about camp. This program is designed to help you grow your confidence, discover your personal leadership style, and build the skills it takes to be a role model in the camp community.

Learn how to lead group activities, assist counselors with younger campers, and practice teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving in a fun and supportive environment. And don’t worry, there’s still plenty of time for all your favorite camp activities! From archery and swimming to campfires and s’mores, you’ll be part of the magic every step of the way.
