The Knight School: Chess Party
Description
Come check out The Knight School's (TKS) weekly chess parties at FCS, Wed and Thurs after school, starting 10/7 and 10/8! The Knight School specializes in making chess super exciting and whimsical for all ages and skill levels, K-8th grade. We love beginners! Chess has been proven to improve test scores, problem-solving skill sets, and focus--but my favorite part of teaching chess is instilling academic confidence, or an identity as a ""smart kid,"" in each and every one of my students! The kids love our hilarious and dynamic curriculum and weekly tourneys, and families love our emphasis on sportsmanship and leadership! . *A one time fee of $40 will be added to new accounts to cover the costs of the chess bag and t-shirts
