CIT (Counselor-in-Training)
Description
Looking for a place for your high-schooler to gain work experience and SSL hours this summer? Our CIT program offers highschoolers the opportunity to be a junior staff member and assist with day-to-day activities for younger campers. This camp is led by the former Camp Manager, Danielle Probst Rich, who will guide your highschooler as they learn how to develop valuable work skills.

In the mornings, CITs will take lessons on job-related skills such as researching, writing resumes, and learning how to attend a formal interview. In the afternoons, CITs will take on supporting duties within camp session of their choosing with our experienced camp teachers.

After attending any CIT session, high schoolers are eligible to sign up for the Volunteer sessions where they can gain more experience and SSL hours at no additional cost.
