Friday Afternoon Magic: Lorwyn Eclipsed Booster Draft
Description
Join us after school on Fridays for our very own Magic: The Gathering Booster Draft experience! This type of event is geared towards planeswalkers familiar with the basics of gameplay as we dive into the newest set to be released in January 2026: Lorwyn Eclipsed. Players will draft 3 packs from this plane and build the best 40-card deck possible. This Booster Draft event follows official rules: players start with 3 play boosters; after opening a pack, players will choose one card, and then pass the pack to the next person. This pattern continues until all packs are opened and cards have been chosen. These chosen cards are then owned by players, and along with a stock supply of basic lands, they build a deck with a minimum of 40 cards to play in the event. The material fee covers the initial packs, sleeves, and deck boxes. Prize support is available at the end of the season depending on their league record along with other promos and giveaways.
Players will spend the first two weeks learning how to draft using a Foundations Set Cube as practice. Once students are comfortable with this format, we will draft the newest set with real booster packs. After drafting and building their decks, players will compete with each other to build their league record. Depending on the number of participants, we will either use swiss pairings or round-robin. Outside of matches, players can use the opportunity to workshop and playtest any decks that they own in any format with each other.

$8.5 discount per session due to dual enrollment in Ex-Day. The actual amount will depend on the total number of sessions. Please only select this if you are currently enrolled or plan to enroll in Ex-Day during the Auxiliary Program seasons. This discount will be reviewed at the end of the Auxiliary Program by an Administrator before it is approved and a credit will be applied to your Ultracamp account.
