Gr 5-8 Kids Cooking Camp: Global Chef Adventure - Session 1
Description
Students will travel the world through food as they slice, mix, whisk, roll, and taste their way through a variety of exciting international dishes. Each day introduces a new flavor destination, giving campers the chance to explore global ingredients, learn essential cooking skills, and bring home delicious recipes to share with family. From sweet treats to savory favorites, students will enjoy hands-on cooking time, fun culinary activities, and meals they proudly prepare themselves. With creative projects, take-home goodies, and plenty of culinary surprises, this is the perfect adventure for young chefs eager to explore the world—one bite at a time.

Monday: Latino foods - breakfast tacos, quesadilla bar, Tajin popcorn take-home kit, street Elote cups, churro bites with homemade hot cocoa ganache & caramel

Tuesday: Asian foods - scallion pancakes, bubble tea, stir fry noodle bowls, Mochi pancake dry mix take-home recipe, Vietnamese summer rolls, sticky mango rice cups

* WHAT TO WEAR
Campers must wear closed toed shoes and long hair must be tied back. Please bring a water bottle.

We are able to accommodate some, but not all food allergies. IT IS THE PARENTS' RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE CAMP LEADER IN WRITING OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES THAT YOUR STUDENT MAY HAVE.
