Gr 2-4 Kids Cooking Camp: Storybook - Afternoon Session
Description
Favorite children’s books come to life as campers cook and bake recipes inspired by The Giving Tree, Dragons Love Tacos, Green Eggs and Ham, and If You Give a Mouse a Cookie. Each day begins with a story and leads into themed cooking projects—from mini apple pies to taco bars, whimsical brunch creations, and cookie decorating galore. Kids build real kitchen confidence while exploring literacy in a creative, delicious way. With take-home treats, hands-on teamwork, and imaginative storytelling woven into every activity, this camp is perfect for young readers and aspiring chefs alike! Each student will go home at the end of the week with all recipes and their own knife and cutting board.
