Gr 5-12 Kids Cooking Camp Intensive: ¡Italiano Bravo!
Description
Students will embark on a hands-on culinary adventure through Italy as they mix, knead, roll, bake, sauté, and taste their way through classic Italian dishes. From making fresh pasta and sauces to building their own pizzas and exploring regional favorites like lasagna, campers gain real cooking skills in a fun, engaging environment. Each day includes delicious snacks, creative kitchen activities, and meals they make themselves. With take-home treats, Italian-inspired surprises, and plenty of flour-dusted memories, this week is perfect for any young chef who loves to cook (and eat!) Italian food. Each student will go home at the end of the week with all recipes and their own rolling pin and bench scraper.
Sample recipes: dough, handmade pasta, caprese, homemade sauce, pizza, Tiramisu, scratch-made lasagna, bruschetta, baguettes & more!

* WHAT TO WEAR
Campers must wear closed toed shoes and long hair must be tied back. Please bring a water bottle.
