Session 3: Alaska Adventures
Adventure into the Last Frontier! During Alaskan Adventures week, campers discover the incredible animals that call Alaska home, learn how to stay sage and respectful in their habitats, and explore the rich traditions and stories of Alaska Native cultures. It’s a week filled with wonder, wildlife, and hands-on learning that brings the spirit of Alaska to life – right at camp.
This week will only be operating Monday - Thursday. We will be closed Friday, June 19th in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.
This is a free program for families referred to us by Muldoon Elementary.
Summer Adventure Camp operates both inside and outside throughout each day; the majority of time will be spent outside.
Included in program costs:
Lunch and 1 afternoon snack
This is a peanut free program.
-There will be a field trip to our Camp Fireweed location on the Campus of APU each Thursday. We will be using a school bus to transport campers to and from Camp Fireweed.
-There will be an additional walking field trip each week. These will be shared with families during each week's drop off and pick up at camp.
