Counselor In Training
Description
Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is designed for older teens ready to take the next step in leadership. Participants will gain hands-on experience working with younger campers, learning about camp operations, group management, and activity facilitation. CITs will participate in leadership workshops, goal-setting sessions, and mentoring from experienced staff to build skills in communication, responsibility, and confidence—preparing them to become the next generation of Camp Zanika leaders.
