Week 9: Leadership (CIT)
Description
"Ready to take your camp experience to the next level? The Girl Scout Counselor in Training (CIT) program helps campers develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while gaining hands-on experience as future camp counselors. Over the course of two levels, CIT 1 and CIT 2, participants learn how to engage and care for campers, lead songs and games, assist staff, and plan meaningful service projects. Through this journey, CITs grow in confidence, responsibility, and creativity, preparing them to lead with compassion and inspire the next generation of Girl Scouts.

To enhance our leadership camps, we will offer this program during select weeks, allowing campers to engage in the Leadership Programs alongside their peers. As we know, learning is most effective in a collaborative environment. "
