Naturalists-in-Training: Conservationist (June 8-12)
Description
In this program, NITs will learn skills and methods to inspire people to protect the natural world. Experiences like habitat restoration, river clean-ups and designing inspirational programming with a CNC Naturalist will ignite campers’ passion for conservation. As the week’s capstone, the NITs will share their stewardship-oriented service projects with their families on Friday afternoon.

(Naturalists-in-Training Series - The Naturalists-in-Training (NIT) Series will explore the profession of a naturalist. Each camp will consist of experiencing one theme of a naturalist’s work and how best to share their knowledge with others through interpretation.)
