Leaders-in-Training (LIT) (July 7-11)
Description
In this program, LITs learn leadership skills and methods of working with younger children. The campout at Eagle Village will provide LITs with the opportunity to challenge themselves on a ropes course and improve communication skills, problem-solving, and teamwork. The week culminates in being a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) for a day, helping counselors with their groups. LITs completing this program will be eligible to apply to volunteer as CITs for the remaining weeks of camp, in addition to Summer 2026.
