Overnight Camp Financial Assistance Request
Overnight camp financial assistance (campership) is available for all GSOSW Girl Scout youth to apply for. Please select tier three pricing when making your camp reservation before requesting financial assistance. Information collected for camperships is kept confidential. Campership information will be sent separately from your camper confirmation and should arrive a few weeks after receipt of your financial assistance request.


Form used to submit Financial Assistance Request online. This form CANNOT be used to create a camp registration. Please allow 10 -14 business days for processing.

Overnight Camp - Program Credit Payment
Form used to submit Program Credit information online to make additional payments for camp after deposit has been paid. NOTE: Once this form is completed, staff will manually process the credits then apply them to your account, THIS CAN TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not use this form to make a camp reservation, only to apply Program Credits to your balance once your reservation has been made and your deposit has been paid.

Counselor-in-Training Application
Form used to submit the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) application online. If accepted to the program, the registration link will be shared after application review and interview process.
