Refund Policy
CANCELLATION: Registration may be cancelled and full tuition refunded if made 21 days prior to the start of class.
If a class is cancelled by the Summer at Heights Program for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment), the tuition may be transferred to another class or refunded in full. Parents will be notified of such cancellations the week prior to the class. If a class is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control (e.g. inclement weather), no refunds will be given. If classes are cancelled due to TEA or CDC COVID-19 health recommendations refunds will be processed.
