Refund Policy
Summer Program Cancellation Policy
On or Before May 1st: 100% tuition refund - less registration fees ($95.00)
After May 1st: Non-Refundable*
*If enrolling in a session after May 1st, there will be a 24-hour grace period after enrollment to cancel and receive a 100% refund - less registration fees ($95).
Emergency Cancellation: Cancellation due to a medical emergency will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Medical documentation will be required for exceptions in the cancellation policy.
Transferring Sessions: Participants can transfer sessions for a cost of $25.00. Email jim@letgoyourmind.com
Changes in Cancellation and Refund Procedures
LetGoYourMind LLC may make changes to cancellation and refund procedures when considering the health and safety of campers and staff. No refunds will be given for campers arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from camp, or unable to attend all or part of a session. All requests for refunds MUST be in writing and emailed to jim@letgoyourmind.com
Lateness for Pick up and aftercare times
Parents should pick up their child promptly by the end of the program. This policy is not meant to punish parents or bring in extra revenue, but rather it is intended to help us manage pickup and be considerate of our staff’s time.
Parents who pick up their child after the end of program will be automatically charged a $15 fee. After 15 minutes there will be an additional $1 per minute charge, after 20 minutes there will be a $2 per minute charge
