Refund Policy
Cancellations are refundable* if made by March 1, 2022. Starting March 2, 2022, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 for each cancelled week will be applied to your account. All payments made to camp are non-refundable after June 1, 2022, excluding medical exceptions.
Refunds for medical reasons will be honored only if accompanied by a physician's statement in writing that explicitly states when and why your child cannot participate.
A 50% refund will be provided if inclement weather forces camp to close for 3 or more days in a week.
Refunds WILL NOT be given for days missed during a week, nor can missed days be 'made up' during another week.
*With the exclusion of the Seasonal Fee.
