Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Reservations at Respite Ranch and Camp Civitan:
At Civitan Foundation, Inc., we strive to ensure a positive and fulfilling experience for all individuals and families participating in our Respite Ranch and Camp Civitan programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and in the event that a member or their family/guardian is unhappy with their experience or needs to cancel an unused reservation, we offer a refund according to the following policy:
1. Refund Eligibility:
• Refunds are eligible for unused reservations made for stays at Respite Ranch and Camp Civitan.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled start date of the reservation.
2. Refund Process:
• Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email to or by contacting our administrative office at 602-953-2944
• The request must include the name of the member, reservation details, and the reason for the refund request.
3. Refund Method:
• Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment used during the reservation process. This includes reservations made through the UltraCamp portal, credit card payments, or check payments.
• Please allow 5-8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the original payment method.
4. Refund Criteria:
• Refunds will be granted if a member or their family/guardian expresses dissatisfaction with their experience at Respite Ranch or Camp Civitan.
• Unused reservations canceled within the specified time frame will be eligible for a full refund.
5. Exceptions:
• Refunds may not be applicable for reservations canceled outside the specified time frame or for stays that have already commenced.
• In cases of extenuating circumstances or emergencies, we encourage direct communication with our team to discuss available options.
