Cancellation Policy

We hire staff, purchase equipment and supplies based on anticipated enrollment but do understand that unexpected life circumstances sometimes interrupt even your best-made plans. A refund, minus non-refundable deposit, will be given for any cancellations made in writing one month prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be made, with the exception of illness, two weeks prior to the start of camp. A written request along with a doctor’s note stating that camp is medically inadvisable must be submitted in order to receive a refund, less non-refundable deposit. Refunds will NOT be issued when a camper is dismissed for violation of camp rules, or if the camper leaves due to homesickness or by their own choice.

The Avon Old Farms Summer Programs and Avon Old Farms School are not responsible for any injuries that may occur to any camper while attending any camp session and all liability is hereby waived.

School reserves the right to cancel a Camp due to insufficient registration with full refunds and notification.
