Refund Policy
Summer Camp Sessions
Any cancellations will be reimbursed according to the following schedule:
If cancelled at least 121 days prior to the first day of camp: All money paid will be refunded.
If cancelled 15-120 days prior to the first day of camp: All money paid minus a $100 admin fee will be refunded.
If cancelled within 14 days of the first day of camp: No money will be refunded. At this point, CQTX has committed time and resources into the camper's attendance. This includes money that cannot be recovered from the host camp.
