EBI Community Programs Financial Policies


Aventura Drop-In:

Drop-In Registration & Aventura Drop-in Card:

Initial Aventura Drop-In registration can be done during the school enrollment process through SFO. After 10 Aventura Drop-In usages you will need to purchase an Aventura Drop-In Card through our Ultra Camp System in order for your student to continue using this Aventura option.
Drop-In cards are $310 and cover 10 drop in uses.
All students who attend Aventura must be signed up on the Aventura Drop-In Calendar on Wejoinin 24 hours before the desired day. No student can attend drop-in Aventura without being listed on the calendar.
Students who are signed up on the Aventura Drop-In Calendar on WeJoin 24 hours in advance will be charged $31 regardless of attendance.
All students who attend Aventura Drop-In must be enrolled in an Aventura Drop-In plan.


Enrichment Programs:

Transfers: Any transfers need to have the approval of the Community Programs at programs@ebinternacional.org no later than 5 business days prior to the first week of enrichment classes in order to insure the minimum class size as required by our Enrichment providers.

Withdrawals/Cancellations:
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be issued a full refund for the price paid for that class.

To request a cancellation of registration, families must notify Community Programs at programs@ebinternacional.org no later than 5 business days prior to the first week of enrichment classes of a withdrawal from the class; you will receive a refund for the full amount paid for that class.

No refunds will be issued after 5 business days prior to the first week of enrichment classes.


Late Registration:
Late registrations will be charged the full amount of the class session.

In order to ensure quality of classes for our students and teachers, all classes are closed to registration after two classes have taken place.

Late pick up: Enrichment students who are not enrolled in Aventura for that day must be picked up at the end of their Enrichment class. If a student is picked up late from the program, the student will wait in the office and a fee for care will be placed on the family’s UltraCamp account at a rate of $15 for each 15-minute period that the parent is late for pick up.

School Year Camps:

Withdrawals/Cancellations: If you would like to withdraw your student from camp, you may request a partial refund if you notify programs@ebinternacional.org no later than 5 business days prior to the first day of the camp. No refunds will be made for withdrawal requests made within 5 business days before the first day of camp. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness. In this case you will need to send medical documentation to support the claim and a letter requesting the withdrawal to programs@ebinternacional.org

Late Registration: For registrations made after the Monday before the start of a Camp session (5 business days), there will be an additional and non-negotiable 10% late fee.

Late pick up: Camp students who are not enrolled in Aventura After Care must be picked up at the end of the camp day. If a student is picked up late from the program, the student will wait in the office and a fee for care will be placed on the family’s UltraCamp account at a rate of $15 for each 15-minute period that the parent is late for pick up.

Movie Nights:


Late Registration: In order to ensure quality of the program and number of teachers, all movie night events are closed to registration 5 business days prior to movie night date. For registrations made during the 5 business days prior to the movie night date, there will be an additional and non-negotiable 10% late fee.

Withdrawals/Cancellations: If the movie night is canceled due to low enrollment you will be issued a full refund for the price paid for that class.To request a cancellation of registration, families must notify Community Programs at programs@ebinternacional.org no later than 5 business days prior to movie night of a withdrawal from the class; you will receive a refund for the full amount paid. No refunds will be issued after 5 business days prior to movie night.

Camp packages, Enrichment classes and movie Nights are not transferable to other students.
Students must be fully potty trained in order to attend EBI Community Programs. Due to the length and nature of camps and afterschool programs, failure to meet this requirement will result in an automatic withdrawal from the program. A partial refund may be requested in this case.
All eligible refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
