Refund Policy
Event Registrations/Reservations
For each person who registers, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit.
If you need to cancel your reservation before an event, you can either receive a refund of the full registration amount, minus the non-refundable deposit, OR you can choose to keep the entire amount of the registration as a balance in your account with us to use towards a future registration.

Merchandise transactions are non-refundable once the merchandise has been received by you. If there is a defect in the merchandise, refunds or exchanges will be decided on a case-by-case basis by our shop manager.

Returning the Funds
Credit card or ACH transactions will be refunded back to the original payment method used. If something prevents us from being able to return your funds to the original payment method used, we will mail out a check to you for the amount after confirming your address on file, within 14 days of the cancellation.
