Refund Policy
Deposits are not refundable and not transferable. If you need to make a cancelation for any reason please contact our registrar Bekah@campgideon.com for assistance.
Remaining tuition paid is fully refundable until two weeks prior to your registered session.
Sick child policy: In regards to the health and safety of all our campers and staff, we cannot admit a camper with signs of rash, head lice, runny nose or fever. If your child becomes ill, please allow them 24 hours of symptom free behavior before returning to camp. We do not provide any refunds or make-up days for sickness.

The undersigned parties hereby agree that, if any dispute or controversy that arises out of or is related to this agreement is not resolved in private meetings between the parties, then the disputes or controversy will be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Christian Conciliation ServiceTM, a division of Relational Wisdom 360 (complete text of the Rules is available at: (https://rw360.org/rules-procedure-christian-conciliation/). The undersigned parties agree that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any dispute or controversy between them and, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit in any civil court against one another for such disputes, except to enforce an arbitration decision hereunder shall be final and binding, and fully enforceable according to its terms in any court of competent jurisdiction.
