Refund Policy
All cancellations must be conveyed in writing (email is acceptable), and must be received no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the session. The $100 initial deposit will be forfeited. Remaining fees that were paid will be refunded.
If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to start of session, all fees are forfeited, unless we can fill the vacancy.
