Refund Policy
Site and program staffs are eager to welcome guests and work hard to prepare for everyone to arrive as expected. However, we understand that complications happen resulting in a need to cancel. If you cancel your registration to an event at least two weeks prior to the start of the event, you will receive your money back, less the minimum deposit amount ($50-$75 in most cases) which is non-refundable. Some of our events have larger deposits because we have larger expenses incurred when there are cancellations. Look for the minimum deposit amount listed or check with the registrar if you have questions about this.
Cancellations less than two weeks but at least one week before the start of the event will receive a 50% refund. Refunds for cancellations within one week of the start of camp are generally not granted. In the case of extenuating circumstances, contact the registrar’s office at (503) 802-9214 or registrar@gocamping.org.
If Camp and Retreat Ministries should cancel your event, we will help you select another event that meets your needs. If another selection will not work for you, you will receive a full refund. Registering early helps avoid cancellations due to low enrollments!
