Refund Policy
I understand the $200.00 per session deposit is not refundable or transferrable. I agree to pay the balance of the fees and complete all camper forms 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid late charges of $50.00 or cancellation. I understand in order to qualify for refund of any funds paid beyond the deposits, cancellations must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations are not valid until confirmed in writing by Camp Anokijig. The only exceptions to the refund policy are if my child is deemed medically unable attend (ie. Infected or injured as confirmed by a licensed physician) or if Camp Anokijig cancels the registration due to lack of space or inability to offer programming. Once checked into camp, any camper who departs early for any reason will not receive any refund. This includes departure due to homesickness, decisions by the camper or family to go home early, or disruptive behavior as determined by the Camp Director.
