Refund Policy
Kids Outdoor Sports Camp (KOSC) Cancellation & Refund Policy 2026
Cancellations made more than 60 days (2 months) before the start of the registered camp session will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before the camp start date are refundable minus the deposit.
Cancellations made 14–29 days before the camp start date will be reviewed by the Camp Director and Board to determine whether any refund or camp credit may be issued. Decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are non-refundable. If a cancelled camper’s spot is filled from the waitlist, KOSC may issue a partial refund or camp credit at its discretion.
Medical or Emergency Situations: Documented medical issues or serious family emergencies may be submitted for review. All requests will be evaluated by the Camp Director and Board, and any refund or credit is issued at their discretion.
