This Privacy Policy describes the Southern New England Conference of Seventh-day Adventists® (hereafter referred to as “SNEC”) current policies and practices with regard to personal data collected by SNEC through this Web site for surveys or reservations for Camp Winnekeag located at 257 Ashby Road, Ashburnham MA 01430. This Policy does not apply to information collected offline or in any other way. Camp Winnekeag is administered by SNEC. SNEC is a division of the General Conference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists®.

Notification of Changes to this Policy:

SNEC is continually improving and adding new functionality and features to this Web site and improving and adding to its existing services and programs. Because of these ongoing changes, changes in the law and the changing nature of technology, SNEC’s data practices may change from time to time. The Information We Collect:

The term “Personal Data” refers to personally identifiable information about you or your children, such as name, birth date, health information, e-mail address or mailing address, and any other information that identifies you or your children personally. Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. By using this Web site, you consent to our use of the Personal Data as described in this Policy. Upon request we provide you with access to unique identifier information (e. g. an account number, user name or password) that we maintain about you, reservation information (e.g. dates, deposits and payments) that we maintain about you.

The Way We Use Information:

No one will sell or distribute any Personal Data, which is obtained through your use of this Web site. All Personal Data gathered for the purposes of camper registrations will be used solely for camp reservations and follow-up surveys regarding summer camps. We do not share this information with outside parties except with our registration agent, UltraCamp, to the extent necessary to complete the registration. Any Personal Data provided by users for this Web site shall only be used for the purpose for which such information is provided.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the Personal Data provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Data Security:

In regard to security, when Personal Data is transferred or received, visitors are re-directed to a secure server and will be notified through a pop-up screen on the registration website. Appropriate security measures are in place at our physical facilities and UltraCamp to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information collected on this website.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

The Internet, as a widespread and often readily available resource, presents a host of possibilities and challenges for young users. We understand this, and are committed to providing an online experience for children that is safe and rewarding.
