All Personal Data gathered for the purposes of camper registrations will be used solely for camp reservations and follow-up surveys regarding summer camps. We do not share this information with outside parties except with our registration agent, UltraCamp, to the extent necessary to complete the registration. Any Personal Data provided by users for this Web site shall only be used for the purpose for which such information is provided.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the Personal Data provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Our Commitment To Data Security:
In regard to security, when Personal Data is transferred or received, visitors are re-directed to a secure server and will be notified through a pop-up screen on the registration website.
